Hatha yoga is an integral system that unifies the body and mind through vigorous and intense physical activity. The aim in Hatha Yoga is to balance the dualities, the solar energy (Ha-) and the lunar energy (-tha), to reach the state of unity, the state of Yoga.
We begin with a series of mantra and pranayama exercises to harmonise the mind. Physical and mental warm-up. Asanas based on a theme: body area, emotions, chakras, breath ... and "savasana", to assimilate the benefits of the practice.
Harmonises the digestive, nervous, lymphatic, respiratory and endocrine systems.
Induces physical, emotional, energetic and psychic balance
Improves blood circulation, joint mobility, flexibility, posture, balance...
Stimulates self-awareness through movement.

His first steps in yoga take place in the UK, where he discover the essence of traditional yoga with Yogachariya Jnandev and Yogacharini Deepika at the Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Wales.
After a few years of personal practice and sharing yoga with amazing results, he feel the urge to take the next step : go deeper into the age-old teachings of yoga and lay the foundations to stand in the right direction. So he goes to Mallorca to complete the 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga) in Green Yoga International, with Atmarekha (Indrajit Dey) as his Guru.
He continues his training towards the root, moving towards Hatha Yoga. On his way, he meet Yogini Durga, who teach him more than asanas, an exemplary philosophical discipline applied to daily life with the 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in the mountains of Ardèche, France. As an advanced Hatha Yoga practice, Yogini Durga teaches in a lineage inspired by Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga and the Yoga of Sound. This teaching follows the precepts of the greatest masters: such as Sri Ramana Maharshi, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Swami Vidyanand, Patrick Torre or Shannon Gannon.
The path is enriched by White Tantra and Mantra courses at Durgaji. Pranayama (80h.), the science of vital energy, according to the Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga tradition of Yogamaharishi master Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri.
Initiated in Kriya Yoga by David Giri, he practices the millenary techniques born in the Himalayas from the lineage of Babaji Maharaj, Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yukteswarjee, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Narayana Giri, Swami Hariharananda Giri and Swami Shankarananda Giri.
