Consultation Ayurveda

Thanks to Ayurvedic observation methods, a diagnosis of the patient's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health can be obtained.

During the consultation, various diagnostic tools are used, some of which date back more than 5,000 years. Depending on the severity and length of the consultation, different examination methods are used. 

Some of these methods include the Nadi Pariksha technique, the taking of the Ayurvedic pulse, which provides access to comprehensive health information. Through Nadi Pariksha, it is possible to obtain certain health parameters of the nervous system, the digestive system and the immune system. In addition, different parts of the body are examined for an in-depth analysis of the state of health:

• Mutra Pariksha: Urine

• Mala Pariksha: Stool

• Jihwa Pariksha: Tongue

• Shabda Pariksha: Voice

• Sparsha Pariksha: Skin

• Drik Pariksha: Eyes

• Akriti Pariksha: General Appearance

The Dash Avidya Pariksha method, the 10 fundamentals of examination, is also used:

• Satmya: Customs and Habits

• Sattwa: State of Mind

• Aahara Shakti: Digestive Capacity

Once the fundamental processes of examining the patient's overall health have been carried out, a diagnosis is made. With the diagnosis, dietary guidelines, an appropriate lifestyle, therapies, massages and rituals are recommended to cure the root causes of the patient's pathological imbalances.
